The team at Crown Group had a vision for the opening of their latest construction project. They wanted to ensure the event was engaging and truly memorable, so they came to us looking for something unique and powerful for the prestigious unveiling event.

Our creative team worked closely with Crown Group to understand their goal. We identified opportunities to create an immersive, multisensory experience that would wow their guests.

We designed a feature entry piece that involved live drummers, smoke tunnels, and a live DJ band. As guests arrived at the event, they were greeted by the thunderous beats of the drummers, creating an energetic atmosphere and setting the tone for the evening.

The drummers were costumed and choreographed to create a visually stunning performance that would captivate the audience. As they played, smoke tunnels were activated, adding an element of surprise and drama that heightened the overall impact of the entry piece. As the drummers finished their performance, the live DJ band took over, taking the energy and excitement to the next level. The band was specially curated to match the event’s vibe and keep the crowd moving and engaged throughout the evening.

Our team worked tirelessly to ensure that every aspect of the event was executed flawlessly, from the technical aspects of the sound and lighting show, to the coordination of the live entertainment. The result was an unforgettable evening that captivated and wowed the audience, creating a lasting memory for all who attended.
One of the highlights of the evening was the drop curtain reveal of the building model. We chose to time the feature artist’s music with the reveal, so that when the curtain went up, the energy in the room reached a fever pitch. The combination of the music and the stunning model of the building left the audience in awe.

Throughout the evening, we also incorporated other entertainment pieces that were both unique and engaging. We had a stilt-walker who roamed the space and interacted with guests, adding a touch of class as she poured champagne from above. Our Magician entertained guests for those who’s feet were too sore from dancing. Overall, the event was a spectacular success that showcased the innovation and creativity of both Crown Group and our team.
