Headbox Connect event is an exciting opportunity for the company to engage with their clients and showcase their emerging partner venues along with external suppliers. The event is designed to create a lively atmosphere and an opportunity for networking while also promoting product education and brand awareness.

To enhance the event in May, a range of premium entertainment solutions were proposed, including a female DJ, an open photobooth, a tarot reader, an electric violinist, and an acrobat performance. These solutions were specifically chosen to offer non-music related entertainment, to generate curiosity, and to capture the attention of the guests.

During the planning process, there were challenges presented by venue space allocation and audio limitations that posed a compromise to the entertainment experience. However, working transparently with Headbox and aligning with their objectives, the proposed entertainment was tailored to ensure the success of the event.

The entertainment solutions were executed seamlessly at the event, from the Champagne chandelier upon entrance to the open photobooth that provided engaging opportunities for guests to interact with roving hosts. Post-event feedback reflected a resounding success from the Headbox team, with the CEO expressing gratitude for the contribution made by the entertainment team.
