The right venue doesn’t just host an event – it shapes it…
Before styling, before concepts, before details, the venue sets the tone. It influences the atmosphere, the palette, and ultimately how guests experience the event. When the space and the theme are aligned, everything feels effortless.
For Project One’s 15 Year Anniversary at The Bristol’s rooftop, the direction was clear from the moment we stepped into the space. Open air, warm light, and harbour views – it already carried the essence of a European summer. Instead of competing with it, we leaned in. The result was an Amalfi Coast-inspired setting that felt effortless and completely at home in the space.
We built the palette around sun-soaked tones with vibrant oranges and yellows layered through florals, paired with fresh lemons and soft olive branches to bring in texture and movement. Custom Amalfi backdrops framed the space, while hero pieces like a classic Vespa and a gelato cart added personality without overpowering the setting.
To bring the concept to life beyond styling, we complimented the theme with stand out entertainment – an extravagant golden champagne pouring aerialist, retro photo booth, DJ and sax duo and a surprise flash mob to surprise the guests.
Everything was designed to feel relaxed but elevated, capturing that balance between coastal charm and refined styling.
Our approach is simple. Start with the space and build a concept that enhances it rather than distracts from it. When that alignment is right, the result feels seamless, considered, and memorable. Because when the theme fits the venue, everything else falls into place…
